Crow River Audio is now a part-time business.
As some of you know, but many of you may not know, Crow River Audio is a one man
operation. I started the business back in 1996 as a source for parts and supplies relating to hearing assistance and language translation. When the
Internet became a way to advertise, I developed an on-line presence but was still working a full-time job.
In January of 2000 I left my other employment but have always done everything myself, not being big enough to require hiring any employees. Well, now I
have decided to take a step back and change the business to a part-time status.
I have listed some of the questions that have come up from this announcement and the answers. This page will be updated as needed.

How much will you be working?
I plan on working two or three days a week, but will also be taking some longer vacations. The biggest change will be that the shipping of orders will
sometimes be delayed. I will continue to send an e-mail when orders are shipped.
Will the ordering process be changing?
Not too much. The on-line shopping cart will still function as normal. For credit card orders, the card will not be charged until the order is shipped. For
PayPal orders the sending of the PayPal money request might be delayed. I will keep the stock status of items as up-to-date as possible.
What is the best way to ask questions or speak to you?
It is still possible to leave a message on the telephone, and I will call you back as soon as possible, but for a faster response e-mails work best. I
will be able to respond to e-mails even when I am out of town.
Will you be adding new items to the web site?
Probably not and some items will be removed when stocks are sold out. Never say never though. I have a number of ideas for products and they will be
developed as time permits. I also hope to expand the list of close-outs and one-of-a-kind items.
